- You cancel through the Stripe portal, and the plan runs to the end of the paid period.

Who we are
Company name: Gabriel Hamdan Ferreira Tecnologia
CNPJ (Brazilian tax ID): 23.858.108/0001-15
The service
navalhOS offers a schedule, a public page, assistants, charging clients through the shop’s own account, subscription plans, commissions and statements. What exists today is described on the feature pages. What comes next is not a promise of a date.
The account
Whoever creates the account answers for it and for the people they invite. Keep the password secret and invite only people who work in the shop. Each staff member has the role the owner or admin gives them.
The trial period
A shop starts with a trial period, stated when you sign up. When it ends without an active plan, the account becomes read-only: bookings already made stand and the data stays available for export.
Plans and payment
Plans are sized by chairs. The prices and limits of each plan are on the pricing page and may change; a price change does not reach existing subscribers until their account is moved to another plan, and it is announced first.
The subscription is charged in reais by Stripe. Assistant use beyond what the plan includes spends credits, which the shop can buy.
Cancelling
The shop cancels whenever it wants through Stripe’s billing portal, with no fine. The plan stays in force to the end of the period already paid. A barber’s access to their own statement is never blocked for lack of payment.
Exporting the data
The owner exports the shop’s data (clients, bookings and payments) at any time, on any plan and even when the account is read-only.
Your clients’ money
Your clients’ payments, by Pix or card, go to the Mercado Pago account the shop connects. navalhOS does not hold that money and takes no fee on it. Mercado Pago’s fees are part of the shop’s relationship with it.
The shop is responsible for charging the client, for refunding when due and for issuing the invoices (NFS-e) for the services it provides. navalhOS does not issue invoices on the shop’s behalf.
The assistant
The assistant talks, looks things up and proposes. Any change it proposes (a booking, a record, a setting) happens only after a person confirms. Text typed into the conversation does not confirm anything by itself.
The assistant can be wrong. The shop reviews what it confirms and answers for what it confirms.
Commissions and the law
The statement records the split the shop configured. navalhOS does not give legal or accounting advice and does not certify that the shop’s contract with a barber complies with Law 13.352/2016. Consult a lawyer.
Acceptable use
Do not use navalhOS to send unwanted messages, collect data without a legal basis, get around limits, access another shop’s data or harm the platform. We may suspend an account that does, stating the reason.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service up, but we do not promise it will never go down. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months before the event, except where the law does not allow it.
Governing law
These terms follow Brazilian law. In consumer relationships, the venue is the consumer’s place of residence, as the law provides.
Changes
If these terms change in a relevant way, we e-mail each shop’s owner before the change takes effect. The date at the top of the page shows the latest revision.
