Your clients’ money
You pay us for the plan, by card. Your clients pay you, straight into your Mercado Pago. We take nothing from those payments and never touch your money. Mercado Pago’s fees are charged by them, on your account.

When the trial ends
If the trial ends without a plan, the shop becomes read-only: bookings already made still stand, you can read everything and export as CSV, and nobody can add barbers, services or bookings. Nothing is deleted. Subscribing restores writing at once.
Questions
Do I need a card to try it?
No. The trial has every feature and asks for no card. You enter a card when you decide to subscribe.
Can I change plan?
Yes, whenever you want, on the subscription screen.
What if I go past the chair limit?
The system only stops you adding more chairs or barbers. Nothing is removed or switched off. You change plan or pay for an extra barber.
How do I cancel?
In one tap, in the subscription portal. No fine and no notice period. A monthly plan runs to the end of the period. On yearly, we refund the months you didn’t use.
Do you issue invoices (NFS-e)?
Not yet. The statement shows what each service earned, to take to your accountant.
