Subscription plans

R$ 129 a month pays for 4 haircuts and 4 beard trims, counted off at each visit.

You create a monthly plan or a pack of uses. The client signs up on the link, pays by Pix or card, and each service used counts off the plan.

30 days free, no card.

How it works

From creating the plan to the client who cancels.

  1. You create the plan

    What you do
Pick the type, name, price and how many uses of each service. Monthly: uses per month, or unlimited with a monthly limit. Pack: uses, one payment, validity in days.
    What the system does
    Shows the plan in numbers: “8 uses a month · renews every 19th · R$ 129”.
    What the other person sees
The plan on the shop’s page.

    Two kinds of planExample

    Monthly
    R$ 129 a month, uses that renew
    Pack
    R$ 250 once, with a validity
  2. The client subscribes

    What you do
    Nothing.
    What the system does
Charges the card through Mercado Pago, or sends a new Pix each cycle, 3 days before it ends. A signup nobody paid within 7 days is canceled.
    What the other person sees
The amount, the renewal date and how to cancel.

    How the client paysExample

    Card
charged every month by Mercado Pago
    Pix
a new Pix 3 days before the cycle ends
    Unpaid
    canceled in 7 days
  3. The client uses a service

    What you do
    Complete the visit, as always.
    What the system does
If the plan covers the service, it counts off one use by itself, and the client doesn’t pay again for what the plan covers. The barber’s share goes onto their statement when the cycle closes.
    What the other person sees
“2 of 4 left.” Uses left at the end of the cycle expire.
  4. A payment is late

    What you do
    Nothing.
    What the system does
On a plan paid by Pix, notifies the client on days 1, 3 and 7 after the cycle ends and cancels after 10 days. A failed card blocks only plan use, never a booking.
    What the other person sees
    A new Pix to pay.

    Cycle Pix is lateExample

    Notices
    days 1, 3 and 7
    Cancels
    after 10 days
    Booking
    never blocked
  5. The client cancels or pauses

    What you do
Nothing, or pause it for them.
    What the system does
On a monthly plan, it runs to the end of the paid cycle. On a pack, canceling ends it now and the uses left are lost.
    What the other person sees
    The date the plan ends.

A plan in use

Each tap counts off one cut, as a completed visit does at the shop.

4-cut plan

R$ 169.90 a month · renews on the 12th

  2. cut used
  3. cut used
  4. cut used

4 of 4 cuts left

Rules you control

Plan types
monthly (renews every month) or pack (one payment, validity in days)
Uses
a number per service, per month, or unlimited with a monthly limit
Charging
card (Mercado Pago) or one Pix per cycle
Discount on the rest
you set it, on services the plan doesn’t cover
Unused uses
expire at cycle end
Late Pix
notices on days 1, 3 and 7; cancels after 10 days

What it does not do yet

  • There is no automatic Pix debit: each cycle the client gets a new Pix and pays it.
  • It doesn’t issue invoices (NFS-e).
  • A plan is good in one shop, not across a network.

Questions

Does the plan money pass through you?

No. It lands in the shop’s Mercado Pago, like any client payment.

What happens to leftover uses?

On a monthly plan they expire at cycle end. On a pack they hold until the validity date.

Does a subscriber book like everyone else?

Yes. When the visit ends, the plan covers the service and counts off a use.

Can the client cancel alone?

Yes, in the portal or the chat. They can also pause the plan.

What does the barber get?

Their pay rule applies to plan uses. The share shows on their statement.

Create your first plan at your haircut’s price.
