A day like this

  1. 9:40 pm

    A client asks for a slot on your link. Before, you replied in the morning and he had already booked elsewhere. Now the assistant offers the free slots, the client picks one, and the booking is on your agenda when you wake up.

  2. 9:00 am

    You open the agenda and see the day, who’s coming, when and for what service.

  3. 12:30 pm

    You have lunch. The 1 pm slot is blocked, and your link doesn’t offer it.

  4. 3:00 pm

    You ask for a 40% deposit. Whoever books the R$ 50 haircut gets a R$ 20 Pix, and when he pays, the money lands straight in your Mercado Pago and the booking turns to “deposit paid”.

  5. 7:00 pm

    On the Today screen you see how many visits were done and how much was billed. No spreadsheet.

To put your page live, the system asks for your name and city, the link name, 1 service with a price and 1 opening hour. The chair is already created. If you prefer, describe the shop in a paragraph and the assistant builds a draft of the services and hours, saving nothing until you accept.

Questions

Do I need a company registration or MEI?

Not to use the system. To receive through Mercado Pago, Mercado Pago’s own rules for your account apply.

Can I work at a shop and have my own page?

Yes. You join the shop by invitation, and there each barber also has a page of his own.

What if I open a shop?

You turn your space into a shop, your page becomes the owner’s page inside it, and you invite the barbers by email.

Does the client need an app?

No. He opens your link.
