Shop with subscription plans

The subscriber uses 4 cuts a month, and the system counts each one.

You build the plan, the client signs up on the link, and the payment lands in your Mercado Pago. Each cut used counts off the plan, and the barber’s share goes on his statement.

30 days free, no card.

A day like this

  1. Day 9, 10 am

Léo signs up to a plan charged by Pix. His cycle ends on day 12, so 3 days before he gets the next cycle’s Pix and a notice.

  2. Day 12, 7 am

Marcos’s plan renews. His card is charged by Mercado Pago, and the money lands in your account.

  3. Day 13, 9 am

Léo’s Pix wasn’t paid, and his cycle ended yesterday. He gets a notice that day and again 3 and 7 days later, with a new Pix open. With no payment in 10 days, the plan cancels. Until then the plan counts off no cuts, but he can still book a regular cut.

  4. Day 14, 6 pm

Marcos gets a cut the plan covers. When the visit ends, the cut comes off the plan and he doesn’t pay for it, and the plan now shows 3 of 4 cuts left.

  5. End of the period

With the cycle closed and the payment approved, the subscription’s net amount is split among the barbers who served the subscriber, by the minutes of service the plan covered. Each barber’s pay rule applies to his part, and the part shows on the statement.

  • 1plan with a name and price
  • 1service covered, with its uses
  • 1Mercado Pago connected

A plan asks for a name, a price and the cuts it covers, with the number of uses a month. To charge, the shop needs Mercado Pago connected. With the page live, the plan shows on it.

Questions

Are subscription plans in every platform plan?

It depends on the plan. The pricing page shows which ones include them.

Can the client cancel alone?

Yes, in the portal or the chat. A monthly plan holds until the end of the cycle already paid, and a cancelled pack ends right away and loses the uses it had left.

What if the card fails?

Plan use is blocked until it’s paid, but the client can still book a regular cut.

Can I sell a pack of cuts?

Yes. One payment, N uses and a validity of 1 to 730 days. When the validity ends, the uses left are lost.
